With the rapid development of economy and technology,users have moved from simple to perceptual demand when choosing public travel,which brings about the transformation of design demand of bus interior.The competition gap of automobile industry in the technical level is getting smaller and smaller.In order to truly understand the perceptual needs of users,the method of perceived quality is applied to the whole vehicle development,but the application in the field of bus is not universal.CMF design is one of the ways of product innovation,in the case of relatively low cost,it can achieve product style diversification with the same styling design.CMF design growth rate in the domestic market under the influence of innovation environment.From the perspective of perceived quality evaluation,the purpose of this paper is to better grasp the relationship between the CMF design of bus interior and the user's perception level.For improving the competitiveness of bus enterprises and providing a new perspective of CMF design development of bus interior.The literature research method and comprehensive subject research method are involved in the whole thesis.The research method of quantitative analysis is mainly used in the second chapter of the thesis.The questionnaire survey method is mainly used in the third and fifth chapters of the paper.The basic content of the study consists of five chapters.Firstly,it expounds the research background of the subject,summarizes the research status of the subject,shows the purpose and significance of the research,and puts forward the research method and framework of the paper.Secondly,first of all,the definition and outline of the CMF design of the bus interior are expounded,and the general rules of the CMF design are analyzed and summarized through the investigation of the design of the bus market.Thirdly,the relationship between perceived quality evaluation and CMF design of bus interior is expounded first,and then the perceived quality evaluation table for CMF design of bus interior is established by single and double mode perception of vision and touch.Finally,the sample vehicle is selected,and the user is taken as the evaluation object to establish the questionnaire.Fourthly,the methods and flow of CMF design and perceived quality evaluation are expounded,and the design methods and flow of CMF design of bus interior decoration are constructed.Fifthly,according to the design method and flow of the CMF design of the bus interior and the result of the user survey questionnaire of the sample vehicle,the CMF design practice of the bus interior is carried out.The main results of the study have three aspects.Firstly,a thorough study of the interior CMF design of the bus market and the trend factors affecting it is presented.Secondly,According to the CMF design of the interior decoration of the passenger car,the evaluation project of the combination of perceived quality and it is combed out.Finally,the CMF design flow method of bus interior based on perceived quality evaluation is constructed innovatively.
