At present,China's highway construction has entered a stage of rapid development with economic construction.As an important part of highways,highway tunnels are also increasing.Due to the relatively narrow and closed environment of tunnels,the driving conditions in tunnels are more complicated than those in open air environments.The change of the road surface condition of the tunnel has a greater impact on the safety of the tunnel.In the traditional road tunnel operation,the management center cannot know the environmental changes of the tunnel entrance in real time,and cannot automatically adjust according to the traffic conditions of the tunnel road and the traffic volume inside the tunnel.This paper proposes the design technical scheme of the intelligent tunnel lane management system by analyzing the operation and management methods of traditional highway tunnels,combining the domestic and international road tunnel operation management and the relationship between the road surface condensation state and temperature conditions.The system includes a host computer tunnel site management unit and a lower-machine intelligent lane indicator,a radar vehicle detector and a visibility meter.The intelligent lane indicator is composed of a STM32-based singlechip microcomputer minimum system,a CAN/RS485 communication subsystem,a road surface temperature collecting unit,The environment temperature and humidity collection unit and the LED dot matrix screen display unit are composed.The tunnel site management unit runs the host computer control software,interacts with the devices of the lower computer through the wired communication bus,controls the operation of the device and acquires multiple tunnel data.When the intelligent lane indicator is running in the automatic mode,the collected environmental parameters can be input into the pavement condensed ice risk level model to determine the pavement icing risk level,and the speed limit graph displayed by the indicator is automatically switched to improve the safety of the tunnel driving.The tunnel site maintenance personnel can also perform parameter setting and function verification on the indicator through infrared remote control.This paper transplants the communication protocol of wired communication according to the function and requirements of the system.The minimum system circuit,power supply circuit,LED dot matrix display control circuit,CAN bus and RS485 bus communication circuit,road surface temperature acquisition circuit and environment of STM32 single chip microcomputer The hardware and software design and software driver design were carried out for the temperature and humidity acquisition circuit and the infrared remote control circuit.The schematic diagram of the circuit design and the program design flow were given,and the Free RTOS embedded operating system was transplanted.Finally,the function of the system was tested.According to the test results,the system can run stably and meet the design requirements.
