| Large-space workshops can be divided into different areas according to its use,such as process area,material area,logistics area,etc.And the requirements for air environment are different in different areas.The air environment control of the process area in most large-space workshops is higher than that in other areas,and the proportion of the process area in the whole workshops space is small.The energy consumption of ventilation and air conditioning can be reduced by partition control of air environment in large space building.In addition,with the development of industrial 4.0,more and more products are customized to meet the needs of different consumers(flexible production).Due to different production processes or volumes,several production process zones in large space plant run in different time periods or only partially operated.If air environment control is only applied to the operating process zones(non-operating ones treated as non-process zones),energy consumption of the ventilation and air conditioning system will be saved and production costs will be reduced.Therefore,it has practical significance and engineering application value to implement regional control on air environment of large space workshops and to study effective implementation methods and technologies.In view of the above problems,this paper applies CFD technology to study the regional air temperature and harmful gas control methods and implementation technology of large space workshops.The purpose is to effectively control the air environmental parameters in the process area.The content of the paper is as follows:1.This paper expounds the background and significance of air environment control in different areas of large space workshop,and comprehensively analyzes the current situation of air environment control methods and technologies in large space workshop.2.Based on the analysis of the flow characteristics of the large space workshop,the control equation and turbulence model for describing the flow of the large space workshop are constructed,and the numerical method for solving the equation is also presented.3.Taking the workshop of single process area as the research object,the characteristics of air conditioning load calculation in process area and non process area are analyzed.The numerical simulation method is used to study the influence of different air supply forms,air supply temperature and apron on the control of the flow field and temperature field in different areas of the zone.4.This paper analyzes the characteristics of air conditioning load in the process area and non process area of the double process area,analyzes the distribution law of the flow field and temperature field of the double process area through the numerical simulation method,and probes into the influence of the layout mode of the worktable,the operation mode(whether it works at the same time)and the group height on the partition effect of the air environment of the workshop.5.The numerical simulation method is used to study the control technology of harmful gas zone in large space workshop,and the characteristics of single-source side suction hood and baffle side suction hood to control the diffusion of harmful gases are discussed.In addition,The flow field and the distribution of harmful gas concentration of multiple pollution sources in the process area controlled by multiple independent side hoods and integrated side hoods are studied. |
