| With the implementation of the national "Belt and Road" initiative and the "marine power"strategy,activities such as offshore engineering construction,marine resource development,and maritime cargo transportation have intensified,shipping traffic has also grown rapidly,and maritime traffic has become increasingly busy.In some water construction areas,due to the uncertainty of the operating site of the engineering ship,there are no fixed signs crossing the channel on the chart.Therefore,one or more guiding ships will be specially set to increase the vigilance of passing ships and guide the engineering ship The crossing is a waste of manpower and material resources,and the safety is not high.At the same time,the conditions for passing waters are relatively poor,and navigation aids are not necessarily clear.The ship driver cannot rely on the existing conditions to quickly and accurately make the correct crossing timing and path selection.He also needs to make manual calculations or make judgments based on experience based on certain information.In order to solve the problem of conflicts that may occur between the engineering ship sailing and crossing the channel and the ships sailing on the channel,the concept of ship navigation guidance is introduced in this paper.Ship navigation guidance is a new concept in the field of ship transportation in recent years,and it is the application of road intelligent traffic management concepts in the field of water transportation.The historical data of the ships in the channel are obtained,and the data is complemented and repaired by the cubic spline interpolation method,which is used for the short-term prediction of the traffic flow information in the next route.Through the LSTM algorithm,the additional wind conditions are used as influencing factors to predict traffic flow information on the route at a certain time in the future,including the situation of flow and speed.Finally,by considering the size,speed,heading,and hydrological data of the vessel on the waterway and the planned path of the ship,the position relationship between the ship and the ship in the waterway is judged and analyzed,and the conflict between the ship and the normal navigation plane of the waterway is predicted The minimum distance from the nearest ship on the route,that.is,the current clearance of the engineering ship.Finally,according to the route calculation model in different situations,the heading angle of the engineering ship is continuously adjusted,the crossing gap at the optimal crossing time predicted during the navigation of the engineering ship is selected,and different calculations are made according to the relationship between the engineering ship and the hydrology in the channel.The guidance path of the crossing angle is based on this.The path with the shortest time is selected as the guidance path of the engineering ship.Through the actual measurement data and C language programming,the simulation of the ship’s path guidance model is verified.The results show that the ship’s guidance path is planned,which is quite safe.It can give a safer and time-saving guidance without the guidance ship.Air routes provide theoretical basis and technical guidance for the maritime supervision of ships,the dispatch of ship companies,and the development of ship guidance systems.They have strong application value. |
