| Shipping finance is an effective means to solve the risks arising in the shipping industry and it is also an important factor to measure a country's shipping soft power.Dalian has a good foundation for the shipping finance industry,and the shipping industry,shipbuilding and shipbuilding industry have unique advantages,but its shipping finance industry is still in its infancy,so it is of great significance to study the current situation and problems of the development of Dalian shipping finance and put forward relevant policy recommendations for enhancing its shipping finance capabilitiesFirst of all,this article applies the financial ecological environment theory to the shipping finance industry and constructs the research object of this article:Dalian shipping financial ecological environment;Secondly,from the four aspects of shipping economic environment,shipping financial resources,shipping legal environment and social credit environment,elaborate the current status of Dalian shipping financial ecological environment;Thirdly,construct a three-level evaluation index system with 17 indexes and indicators cover the shipping economic environment,shipping financial resources,credit mechanism,legal environment and government governance capabilities,collect the corresponding data from 2009 to 2018 and use entropy method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for longitudinal evaluation,the conclusion is the construction of the shipping financial ecological environment has not improved significantly in the past ten years,but the development trend is good in the past three years;Then choose Shanghai,Guangzhou and Tianjin as the comparison objects,collect corresponding data from 2014 to 2018 to conduct horizontal comparative analysis with Dalian,and find that there is a gap between Dalian and Shanghai,Guangzhou and Tianjin shipping financial ecological environment,of which the shipping economic environment gap is the largest,and Among the five factors,the shipping economic environment,shipping financial resources and government governance capacity have a greater impact;Finally,get conclusion and put forward corresponding suggestions.Finally,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions in terms of expanding ship financing business,establishing and cultivating shipping insurance centers,expanding the scope of shipping finance business,promoting the coordinated development of the shipping industry and related industries,and promoting the transformation and upgrading of port services in Dalian. |
