With the rapid development of economy,electric power has become an indispensable part of our daily work and life,especially for the regional economic development,electric power plays an immeasurable role.Generally speaking,the rapid and stable development of regional economy needs stable,safe and reliable power supply,and to a large extent,the design and construction of the power supply system of regional substation and distribution can determine its development status.In recent years,the power supply system of 307~#transformer and distribution station of CNFC has been suffering from unstable power supply,poor reliability and low power quality,which has seriously affected the production quality,efficiency and safety of CJNF's nuclear fuel assembly.Faced with the new demand of nuclear fuel assembly production line for power supply quality and the premise of ensuring the continuous power supply of enterprise production line,the 307~#transformation and distribution power station transformation sub project of CJNF812·69 project has formulated the power supply system safety design scheme of307 transformation and distribution station according to the power load growth rate of CJNF in the next 10 years.First of all,according to the standard of the first level electric load,starting from the safety and stability of the power supply system,the main wiring mode suitable for the power supply system of CJNF.is selected.According to the main wiring mode,the reactive compensation,short circuit current and lightning protection design are carried out for the power supply system of 307 transformer and distribution station,which lays the foundation for the selection of the electrical equipment of the whole power supply and distribution system.Secondly,according to the power load of CJNF in recent years and the development of the company,the power load of the enterprise is systematically analyzed and calculated,the number and capacity of the main power transformer is determined,and the primary electrical equipment of the substation and distribution station is selected through the design of the system short-circuit point and the calculation of the short-circuit current.Thirdly,the automatic monitoring of the whole power transformation and distribution system is realized by the combination of distributed structure and centralized group screen.The data collection,storage and reading functions of power supply system in 307 substation and distribution station are realized,and the processing speed and ability of electrical fault of the system are improved.Finally,according to the actual production and operation of 307 transformer and distribution station continuous power supply,the corresponding test scheme is formulated.The test results show that the transformed 307~#transformer and distribution station power supply system can meet the actual needs of nuclear fuel assembly safety production of CJNF.In this paper,the 307~# substation power supply system of CJNF is taken as the research object,and the safety and reliability of its power supply and distribution system are analyzed,which provides an effective theoretical support for the safety transformation of power supply and distribution of enterprises,especially the design of the short circuit point of the system and the calculation of the short circuit current,so as to provide the power supply safety of enterprises and the safety improvement of the workshop level distribution of 10kV outgoing line side The foundation is very important to promote the rapid,safe and stable development of CJNF.
