With the continuous development of science and technology and the transformation of Urban Power Grid and Rural Power Grid,the distribution system intelligence has become an inevitable trend of its development.The intelligent distribution system can not only protect,monitor and control the distribution network and equipment continuously,but also ensure the reliability of power supply and improve the automation level of the distribution network,it can also realize the user end security,high-efficiency,high-quality power distribution and use.Therefore,the reasonable design of intelligent power distribution system for enterprises.has practical significance and application value.According to the power distribution characteristics of a light-heat equipment factory,this paper analyzes the nature of power load and the requirements of power supply and distribution,calculates the load,reactive power compensation and short-circuit current,and designs the main wiring mode of power supply and distribution in the factory,the main wiring scheme is determined,and the selection design of high-voltage primary equipment and part of low-voltage primary equipment is completed.In addition,the intelligent measuring equipment and protection equipment of high voltage secondary circuit are designed,the measuring circuit and protection circuit are given,and the working principle of the main protection circuit is analyzed,the monitoring parameters and the monitoring mode are determined,and the preliminary design of the intelligent power distribution system is completed.According to the design of this paper,the installation and commissioning of the equipment are completed.The field operation shows that the designed power supply and distribution system meets the power demand of the factory and the field operation effect is good.The design method of intelligent power distribution system provided in this paper can provide reference for the design of intelligent power distribution system in factories and enterprises.
