Metro construction has the characteristics of high accident rate,which would cause huge losses.Usually,the owner transfers construction risks to insurance companies by purchasing engineering insurance.Engineering insurance in China started relatively late,and the comprehensive statistical data and scientific methods for insurance rates making is still lacking,so the insurance rates making depends more on experience.Even the determination of the basic insurance rate is not rigorous and scientific,so the comprehensive insurance rate of the whole project does not match the actual construction risk.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward a quantitative analysis of the construction risks of metro engineering projects,and then carries out the study of the comprehensive insurancerate makinginmetro engineering based on the risk assessment results.According to the bill of quantities and the purpose of research,Then based on decomposing the work structure of metro project,the risk structure of the metro construction was established through expert surveys and accident analysis,which results in the WBS-RBS risk matrix.And the matrix provides a basic framework for the comprehensive insurance rate making of the metro project.The metro engineering insurance rate making is based on the quantitative evaluation of the construction risk.In order to achieveintegrated rate making,we assign corresponding values to parameters that affect single risk,and then carry out full permutation to the assigned engineering parameters.All the rankings are made,and the evaluation experts are evaluated one by one to form an original evaluation rule of each individual expert.And the original rules are simplified according to the rough set theory to extract the expert knowledge and obtain the risk of reusability.Finally,quantified the evaluation results of all experts through the triangular fuzzy number method,realizing the quantification of metro construction risk.Comprehensively evaluate the quantitative evaluation results of each risk for each branch project,we use the maximum expected loss function and the maximum possible loss method to determine the engineering insurance premium rate adjustment factor for each branch project,and adjust the basic project insurance premium rate,obtaining each score the insurance premium rate of the departmental project.Combining the insurance premium with the proportion of the project cost of each branch,the comprehensive insurance rate of the project insurance could be obtained.Finally,taking the construction section of Shi~Bing and Yu~Ao in Nanchang Metro Line 0ne as an example,the quantitative analysis of the metro construction risk and the refinement of the engineering insurance premium rate,and compared with the comprehensive insurance rate determined by the insurance contract confirmed the practicability and rationality of the method.It would provide a quantitative research method for insurance companies,the owner and other organizations' insurance rates in metro projects.
