Research On BIM Forward Design Under Thebackground Of Traditional Design Industryupgrading

With the rapid development and progress of the information age,China's economy is steadily moving towards the new normal.Under this general background,the endogenous power of economic and social transformation and upgrading in developing countries such as China almost all stems from the innovation and in-depth application of digital information technology.Here and now,China's traditional industries are confronted with the trend of information upgrading and digital transformation.As one of China's traditional industries,the construction industry will also usher in the era of information transformation and upgrading.Through the investigation and statistics of the construction industry market,the average profit of the construction industry is a million to one although the total output value of the construction industry has reached about 21 trillion Yuan.The main reasons lie in that the current situation of the construction industry is still large but not strong,and the development mode of the industry is also relatively extensive.In the meantime,the problems of too high energy consumption,serious pollution,too low industry efficiency,too many quality and safety accidents,etc.are more common.Therefore,the construction industry in our country is in urgent need of getting rid of the stale and bringing forth the fresh with the help of advanced technology,so as to realize the transformation and upgrading in the new era.Starting with the research on the impact of BIM(Building Information Modelling)technology on the traditional architectural design industry,through the theoretical analysis of BIM technology and the development status at home and abroad,and in addition to the comparative analysis of the traditional architectural design industry dominated by CAD(Computer Aided Design)technology and BIM Technology,this paper puts forward that under the general trend of the development of the current information technology at present,BIM forward design should be taken as the technical premise for the transformation and upgrading of traditional architectural design enterprises.The theoretical basis and operation method of BIM forward design in each process of architectural design are demonstrated in detail.Through the detailed introduction of the forward design process of the actual project,it is clear and definite that BIM forward design technology can bring about high value and earnings to the traditional architectural design industry.In the meantime,this paper studies the difficulties and methods that the traditional architectural design industry is faced with and in need of for the transformation and upgrading at the level of construction enterprises,and puts forward the relevant strategies of the transformation and upgrading of traditional architectural design industry,so as to provide reference for the relevant industries.
