With the promotion of the transit policy of rail transit,the domestic tram industry is gradually rising,and the types of vehicles are becoming more and more.The modern tram consists of ten subsystems,each subsystem restricts each other and affects each other,there are many risks in the process of vehicle design.Among these risks,the impact of changing risks on the project is the most extensive.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the management of change risk in the design and development of tram vehicles.This paper takes Changzhou T1 tram line design in the process of change in risk management as the research object,first introduced the background and origin of the project,according to the vehicle selection process is discussed,the system is divided into vehicle design process were also introduced briefly.Then combined with the definition of Kendrick on the project risk,along the course of changes on the project design team,responsible for the risk analysis of the design subject change,the electrical transmission system leader change and the project manager change,combined with the risks posed by the consequences,belong to the scope risk,resource risk and schedule risk,and bring about the consequences of each risk are discussed.The design subject change is the change of the technical route,that is,the change of the vehicle lineage,which is a typical scope risk.The electrical transmission system leader change leads to the lack of human resources for electric transmission,and has caused a series of continuous problems,which belong to resource risk.The change of the project manager mainly leads to the difficulty of controlling the design progress,which is related to whether the design task can be completed on time or not,which is the category of progress change.According to the characteristics of each risk,the corresponding countermeasures are given.For the technical problems caused by the design change,we should make full use of team experts and technical reviews,and refer to the future direction of technology development to demonstrate the specific problems in detail,and finally choose the most suitable solution.For the human resource problems caused by the change of the electric transmission system leader,we must strive to solve the risk brought by the single designer change through team operation and supplement the salary and treatment tilt.For the progress problems brought by project manager change,new project managers need more intensive management,more detailed WBS division and more formal processes to solve them.Through the project weekly meeting system,phased Technology Review and more advanced design tools,we can guarantee the successful implementation of the design main body change strategy.Plate division is carried out inside the electric drive system,resource sharing within the plate,supplemented by certain salary and treatment inclination to guarantee the effective implementation of the strategy of human resource scarcity.The new project manager to use its high authority,changed the product design department function type,specification of the design process,from the development of a new more detailed work plan,and through certain resources to protect the members of the team tilt function exercise,so as to ensure the implementation of schedule risk coping strategies.In the process of writing,the project is continuing,but the key milestone node of construction design has been achieved.It is proved that the risk management method is effective and has some reference significance for future design and development work.
