| Motor is an important tool that can convert electrical energy into mechanical energy,and has a very broad application in daily life and industrial production.However,with the development of science and the improvement of people’s living standards,the traditional motor is no longer suitable for some special high-precision small volume scenes.In some high-precision cutting processes,it is often required that the motor can complete the precise control of multi degree of freedom direction,which is an important challenge to the traditional motor.In order to solve the problems of large volume and low precision of traditional motor,a new type of permanent magnet motor is proposed.The motor can realize the rotation and expansion movement by vertical movement.The inside and outside parts of the motor are composed of two thrust devices,and the top part is composed of a permanent magnet tilting sliding module and permanent magnet.It can realize two degrees of freedom motion in space,and the motor can replace the multi degree of freedom actuator to effectively reduce the motor volume.At the same time,the comprehensive performance of the new motor is modeled and analyzed in order to further understand the problems of the new motor.This paper mainly analyzes the model and comprehensive performance of the new motor:Firstly,the development of motor at home and abroad is summarized and introduced.Based on this,the new motor structure proposed in this paper is introduced.The topology structure and operation principle of the new motor are introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of traditional motor are comprehensively compared from three aspects of speed regulation performance,torque performance and loss performance.According to the structure and working principle of the motor,the finite element model and mathematical model are proposed.Secondly,the design idea of the new motor is clarified,and the stator frame and winding are designed and analyzed respectively.At the same time,the rotor structure and permanent magnet are designed and analyzed.The structure of rotor and permanent magnet are determined,and the optimal air gap length is determined based on the new efficiency and flux density.Then,the finite element model of flux density is introduced,and then the mathematical model of flux density is introduced.After analyzing the flux density of the new motor,the torque characteristics are analyzed.Finally,the shortcomings of the new motor are summarized,and the future development of the multi degree of freedom actuator is proposed,and the future development of the new structure motor is proposed. |
