The Research On The Evaluation Of Shandong Power Grid Project Settlement Auditing Service

As the main business of the cost consulting enterprises,the settlement auditing service is widely used by the construction industry.Especially in the power gird project.the settlement auditing of power grid project is of great significance to the accounting of power gird operation costs,with improving quality and increasing efficiency of the grid company and the deeper reform of electricity prices.Since Shandong power grid project began to use settlement auditing service in 2015.the quality of service has become one of the key factors affecting settlement auditing management,so it is necessary to evaluate the quality of service of settlement auditing,so it is necessary to evaluate the service of settlement auditing.From the perspective of power grid project owners,this article has taken the research status of the evaluation of the domestic and foreign quality of service and cost consultation for reference.After the rich analysis of the present management situation of Shandong power grid project construction and the situation of settlement auditing service,based on the SERVPERF model,combined with the results of expert interviews and questionnaires,Shandong power grid project settlement auditing service evaluation system was built four dimensions,altogether 15 indexes,including reliability,responsiveness,assurance and informativeness.Then,this evaluation system and method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were applied to evaluate the LQ power transmission and transformation project.According to the evaluation results,deficiencies were identified and recommendations were presented.Meanwhile,the application of the settlement auditing service evaluation system was explored from the perspectives of both owners and cost consulting enterprises.The research results show that Shandong power grid project settlement auditing service evaluation system can comprehensively and effectively evaluate the service capability of cost consulting enterprise,providing a basis for the selection of excellent coat consulting enterprises and promoting the quality of service of cost consulting enterprises and improvement of business management.
