In January 2015,China officially issued the notice on carrying out parallel import vehicle pilot in China(Shanghai)free trade zone.The notice comprehensively stipulates the qualifications required for enterprises to apply for the pilot business of parallel import vehicles,and also marks that the development of parallel import vehicles has stepped out of the "grey area".Compared with the Chinese gauge car,the parallel import vehicles have the advantages of relatively low price,short pick-up time and relatively rich configuration.The Belt and Road,has been introduced in China.In recent years,the profits of China's parallel import auto industry have been rising steadily.According to the relevant data released by the General Administration of Customs of the people's Republic of China,in 2016,China imported 133900 parallel cars,an increase of 16.3% year-on-year,accounting for 12.8% of the total automobile imports.However,due to the imperfect after-sales service system,the parallel import automobile industry are faced many development bottlenecks,which seriously hinders the innovation and development of the parallel import automobile industry in the field of automobile sales.The biggest problem faced by parallel import vehicles is consumers' worry about after-sales service.Service quality could been directly related to the sustainable profitability of enterprises.This thesis has been studied the evaluation and improvement of after-sales service quality of parallel import automobile trade exhibition center in Sichuan free trade zone through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.On the basis of elaborating the particularity of after-sales service quality improvement of parallel import automobile trade exhibition center in Sichuan Free Trade Zone,it analyzes and summarizes the main problem is lack of experience in after-sales service and system guarantee,the skills of after-sales service personnel do not match the post,it is difficult to solve the insurance and maintenance problems in after-sales service,and the degree of integration of after-sales service is not high.Based on this,this thesis has been evaluated the after-sales service quality of parallel import automobile trade exhibition center in Sichuan free trade zone through SERVPERF scale and AHP,selects 5 dimensions and 20 indicators,constructs a suitable quality evaluation index system,and conducts an empirical analysis of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation through questionnaire survey,and proves the after-sales service of parallel import automobile in the free trade zone from the perspective of data There is room for improvement in service level,especially in reception and environment.Based on this,suggestions will be made to solve the after-sales service quality,reception level,charging situation,maintenance attitude and comprehensive environment of Sichuan free trade zone parallel import automobile trade exhibition center,so as to improve the service quality level.
