With the continuous development of China's economy,the scale of the industry continues to expand,and the large-scale products have also increased.The demand for large-sized transport vehicles is increasing day by day,and the requirements for transport vehicles are also constantly increasing.The large-size bridge transport vehicles are large-sized transport vehicles.In recent years,an emerging model has been widely used in petroleum,military,energy engineering and other fields due to its large carrying capacity and convenient transportation.The widespread use of large-capacity bridges is followed by safety issues.In this paper,the bridge structure of a large-sized bridge truck is taken as the research object.The finite element software ANSYS is used to analyze the strength,stiffness and stability of the bridge structure and the corresponding finite element analysis and stress on the bridge structure.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The strength analysis and stiffness analysis of the bridge structure under four conditions of lifting cargo,uniform linear driving,turning and braking,and analyzing the influence of the arrangement of the supporting rods on the strength and rigidity of the bridge structure,the analysis results show that the bridge structural strength and stiffness meet the safety requirements.(2)The stability analysis of the supporting tie rods of the bridge structure is carried out to study the stability of the support rod system.The axial force of the support rod is extracted and compared with the critical force calculated by the Euler's formula.It is found that the support rods are not under the four working conditions.Instability will occur.(3)Perform modal analysis on the bridge structure,extract the natural frequency of the bridge structure in each mode,and compare it with the external excitation frequency.The structure shows that the structure will not be destroyed due to resonance phenomenon during driving.(4)The static loading test was carried out on the bridge structure,and the test results were compared with the numerical calculation results to verify the correctness of the finite element model,It shows that the bridge structure meets the safety requirements.
