The assessment of the performance of the structure of a bridge is usually made on thebasis of loading capacity. The testing method of loading experiment of bridge can be mainlyclassified into static loading test and dynamic loading test. Because of its reliability, staticloading test is widely adopted. However, the static loading test has the shortcomings of lowefficiency、 high cost、long time stoppage of transportation and so on. On the contrary, dynamic loading test, which takes use of driving experiment, like environmental pulse, cantest the dynamic characteristics of a bridge. Therefore, dynamic loading test is a rapidassessment. But dynamic loading test is relatively not mature, of which a growing numberscholars are making study. Since static loading test, which place high expectation foracquisition equipments and experimental method, came into being, it has failed to get verygood application in China. The quasi static loading test, which conducted under the shiftingload, can test the influence-line of strain of a bridge. By this way, it can effectively signify theperformance of mechanics and gain the advantages of higher reliability and better testefficiency. It will become an important aspect of the test of bridge. This assignment is subsidized by the Science and Technology Planning Project of theMinistry of Transportation of Hebei Province. On the basis of the dynamic loading test andquasi static loading test obtaining the shifting parameters and the influence-line of strainaccording to static and dynamic parameters, this project brings up the virtual and revisedFinite Element Model. The Finite Element Model of bridge should take the real structure ofbridge as the foundation, the test of structure as the presupposition and the loading test oflight vehicles as means. The loading test, including static and dynamic load, builds thetarget function by comparing the results of the test of the structure and the calculated result ofprimary model of FEM. By simplifying calculation and revising the parameters of the FiniteElement Model, this model makes it possible that the revised model can closely meet the realcondition, which the model is signifying, of the structure of bridge. The loading performanceof bridge can be assessed by taking imitated test of the revised FEM and building the relativecontacts with traditional static loading test.In terms of this project, this thesis has involved in the study as follows. The first is about the regular patterns of bridge under different damage according to shifting parameters and theinfluence-line of strain, and obtaining feasible test program and acquisition method. Thesecond comes to the virtual technology through involving the imitated static and dynamicparameters and building target function which can apply this method to provide the revisionof model with testimony. The third is related to indoor simulated test which assesses the loadof the target bridge by verifying the reliability of the method that this thesis is proposing andcomparing the traditional static loading test and the imitated calculation of revised model. Thefinal, but not the least, addresses the issue that this method should applied to two differentforms of actual engineering examples. Through the analysis and calculations of theengineering examples, the precision and feasibility of what this thesis is proposing can beverified.
