Research On Railway Freight Transport Service Model Oriented To Multiple Demand

At present,in order to adapt to the development trend of modern freight transport,railway freight transport service needs to expand the scope of service,increase service functions,and combine information technology.The traditional railway freight transport service mode should be transformed into the development trend of combining modern railway freight transport and logistics functions,so as to adapt to the market competition facing diversified demands.Therefore,we should make clear the definition and content of service mode,innovate and rationally formulate advanced implementation strategies,break through the inherent mechanism constraints,speed up the optimization and upgrading of railway freight transport services,and promote the upgrading of railway "station-to-station" transport to "door-to-door" logistics services.At the present stage,our railway freight service mode focuses on transport services,and the service mode is relatively single.The diversification of freight demand makes the current railway freight service mode unable to meet customer needs.In view of the above problems,this paper carries out the analysis of railway freight service mode oriented to multi-demand,and provides specialized railway freight service according to the multi-variable market demand.Comparing with the research status at home and abroad,this paper finds that in our country,more attention is paid to the customer evaluation of service quality and the optimization design of service flow,while less attention is paid to the development of railway freight service mode.(1)Summarize the diversification of railway freight transport demand and customer demand,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of existing railway freight transport service in China,and put forward the basic ideas of carrying out the research of railway freight transport service mode oriented to diversification of demand.(2)By analyzing the service contents of railway bureaus and railway enterprises in China,combining railway transportation with logistics functions,and combining with railway freight products,the new direction of railway freight service mode in China is determined.That is to say,we should develop railway freight transport service mode of General Logistics package,multimodal railway freight transport service mode,logistics e-commerce railway freight transport service mode,cold chain railway freight transport service mode,express railway freight transport service mode,special freight transport railway freight transport service mode and shift railway freight transport service mode.(3)This paper uses matter-element extension comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the proportion of freight demand factors and freight service influencing factors,and then determines the implementation focus of railway freight service mode.On this basis,taking Yanji-Dalian refrigerated liner transportation take an example,the paper analyzed the railway freight service mode and its shortcomings and development in the case.
