Research On Investment Risk Management Of PPP Project Of Chongqing JG Group

With the continuous improvement of the level of economic development,the vigorous development of various social undertakings has brought a broad space for development in various industries in China.In the process of building various infrastructures,China has advocated applying the PPP model to the field of building construction,which undoubtedly brings a lot of development opportunities for the majority of construction enterprises.However,from the practice of applying PPP mode to various construction enterprises at this stage,most enterprises have not analyzed the risks that may be faced in PPP projects.The risk management level of PPP projects needs to be improved.This paper takes Chongqing JG Construction Construction Group as the research object.Firstly,it expounds the background and significance of this research,and the research status of PPP mode risk management in construction enterprises at home and abroad,and explains the research methods and basic framework.Secondly,it discusses the related concepts of PPP mode,investment risk and risk warning,and describes risk management theory and process control theory.It then describes the status of the group,the development of the construction industry and the current status of the Group's existing PPP projects,identifying and assessing the main risks of the Group's existing PPP projects.Finally,the risk management strategy of the group's PPP project was optimized.The risks in the PPP project of the group were identified from the perspectives of political risk,policy risk,economic risk and project management risk.The risk management of the group's PPP project was proposed.Strategy and related recommendations for the Group's PPP project risk management.
