Research On Lean Management Of LD Maintenance Company

With the deepening of the power system reform and the increasingly fierce market competition,the State Grid Corporation of China must adapt to the new era and new development requirements so that the innovative management methods are urgently needed.Lean management is a management method that has been applied to many industries and modern enterprises and has brought significant benefits.However,there is less research on combining lean management in the power industry,especially in the maintenance system.Studying the application of lean management in specific companies of the power industry has important guiding significance and application value for helping grid companies to deepen reforms and improve the efficiency of the company.As a third-level company under the State Grid Corporation of China,LD maintenance company has been working closely around the center of the State Grid Corporation of China and the provincial company in recent years.The lean ideas,methods,organizations,processes,goals,and other aspects of corporate management are merged in the company to build an orderly lean management system,aiming at strengthening the internal management,improving management quality and efficiency,and solving problems in the company.Although making some achievements,the company encounters many problems and obstacles including misplaced human resources,low goods delivery efficiency,communication vacuum with local governments,low project evaluation and so on,in the implementation of lean management through horizontal and vertical benchmark.Based on the above background,this master thesis describes the implementation process of lean management planning of LD maintenance company,analyzes the comprehensive application of lean management,and finds out the shortcomings and problems of lean management in the company.Four aspects,i.e.preparation,starting,upgrade and expand,are optimized and solutions are provided to solve the existing problems.At the same time,in order to ensure the lean management is fulfilled effectively,the system safeguard measures of lean management are put forward to meet the requirements of the new era.Lean management are used to grasp corporate management goals,standardize business operations,and refine management units to achieve the purpose of improving operational efficiency and effectiveness,providing useful reference for the scientific and healthy development of the industry simultaneously.
