| With the continuous promotion of new infrastructure construction in China and the upsurge of subway construction and 4G/5G mobile communication construction in major cities,the civil communication project of subway has gradually become a new hot spot for major communication construction enterprises.Since the fierce market competition has brought the double dilemma of the increasingly higher requirements from customers and the continuously falling bid price,the communication construction enterprises must improve the cost control level as soon as possible to ensure the profit margins to enhance their competitiveness.This thesis firstly studies the theory of project cost control and its application in the field of communication engineering in China.Under the background of cost control.of subway civil communication engineering,this thesis expounds the research significance,research method and research content,and has a general understanding of the cost control.and system establishment of subway civil communication engineering.Secondly,this thesis analyzes the basic concepts of civil communication engineering and project cost control,and probes into the basic theories of engineering cost.analysis and earned value analysis commonly used in project cost control,so as to better analyze and solve the cost control problems of civil communication engineering projects.Thirdly,with Line R1 civil communication project as a sample,the thesis introduces in detail the construction content,construction process and project cost of the subway civil communication,as well as the present situation,of cost,control for Line R1 civil communication project,sorts out the problems in the process.of cost control,and analyzes the external and internal factors that have caused these problems.In addition,in order to solve these problems systematically,this thesis establishes a cost control system for subway communication projects,clarifies the objectives and principles for building the cost control system,formulates the process of the cost control system,and predicts the effect of the control system.Then,the thesis,with the implemented segment of Line R1 communication project as an example,applies the cost control system in practice.After clarifying the specific scope,the thesis decomposes the project,and develops a plan of the project cost control and a baseline for measurement.Through using the methods of engineering cost and earned value analysis,the thesis,before the end of the project,carries out by stages the project cost control,the deviation analysis and the prediction for the possible cost,and puts forward the corrective measures and the strategy of the anaphase cost control.By evaluating the effect of the practice,the effectiveness of the cost control system of metro communication project is verified and the safeguard measures to promote the better role of the cost control system are presented.Finally,the achievements and shortcomings of the thesis will be summarized so as to put forward some directions for the follow-up improvement researches. |
