BG Coke Oven Low Temperature Waste Heat Recovery Project Cost Management

Project cost management is an important part of project management,and is a key part to maximize the value of the project.Project cost management is advantageous to increase the profits of enterprises,improve the competitiveness of enterprises,cost management is the enterprise survival and protection and conducive to the development of enterprise.Therefore,the theory of project cost management of modern project effectively applied to the project can be very good to ensure the project within the approved budget on time and according to quality,economic and efficient completion of the established objectives of the project.The current thesis takes the project of "BG coke oven flue gas low-temperature waste heat depth recovery project" as the example,research on how to apply the project cost management theory in the project construction stage cost management activities.The thesis use various skills of modern project cost management to discuss the specific application methods of modern project cost management in the BG coke oven low temperature waste heat recovery project,including WBS,Gantt chart,cost budget decomposition,and so on.In the writings of cost management,the thesis discusses the modern theory of project cost management in the contract energy management(EMC)application method in the project.This thesis introduces the relevance of the project schedule and cost,the modern project management theory,is applied to the practice of cost management process of BG coke oven flue gas low-temperature waste heat depth recovery projects.The research result of this thesis has certain reference meanings to the contract energy management project.
