arrying out international contract projects has become an important part of China’s foreign investment and cooperation and an important part of the implementation of the "going global" strategy.Data shows that Chinese companies continue to occupy the largest market share in the market,but the history of our country in international engineering general contracting is very short,inadequate experience,overseas contracted projects and give priority to infrastructure,technical content is not high,and there is a great gap between tthe developed countries,only adopting scientific management to control the cost,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,can be achieved with the international advanced level.This paper first introduces the background of the research,combined with the status of research at home and abroad,the content and purpose of the research.Then it introduces the meaning of engineering cost and the content of cost management.Through analysis of the current situation of cost management of international general contracting projects,it finds out the existing problems in international engineering project management in China,identifies 18 major cost influencing factors,and establishes a whole-process control system.Analytic hierarchy process(ahp)was used to rank the importance of influencing factors.Through the use of analytic hierarchy process,the qualitative discussion is transformed into quantitative analysis,the weight of each influencing factor is calculated,the weight is sorted,the key factors to be detected are found,and the whole-process cost control system is established.Finally,combined with the actual case,the application of the whole process control system,control the cost of the project,improve the profit,enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise.At the same time,it also mentioned the limitations of current development and the need for continuous research on cost control methods. |
