Research On The Whole Process Cost Control Of Production-education Integration Building Project In H Vocational College

At present,local higher vocational colleges are not only responsible for cultivating advanced technical and technical talents,but also shoulder the important task of serving the regional economy and local society,so as to provide talent support and intellectual support for local economic and social development.In order to further improve the quality of application-oriented talent training,H Vocational College adheres to the vocational education path of "integration of production and education,school-enterprise cooperation,and combination of work and learning".To this end,with the support of the provincial and municipal governments,a modern building for the integration of production and education will be constructed on the school’s existing site.The completion of the project not only provides a good platform for the integration of industry and education as well as school-enterprise cooperation,but also provides a venue for social training,social services and applied technology research.Due to the shortage of project construction funds,it is necessary to control the cost scientifically and reasonably in order to ensure the smooth completion of the project.In addition,,the project construction has long cycle,numerous processes and many uncertain factors.There will be capital expenditure in every stage of construction,which will affect the total project cost to a certain extent.The cost control should not be limited to a certain stage,but should run through the whole process of the project construction period.Therefore,this thesis introduces the relevant theories and methods of the whole process cost control,and carries out the whole process cost control of the project implementation of H Vocational College production and education integration building,so as to make the project cost control more comprehensive,accurate and effective.In this paper,the whole construction process of production-education integration building in H Vocational College is divided into five stages,namely,project investment decision-making stage,project design stage,project bidding stage,project construction stage and project completion settlement stage.In each stage,the corresponding cost control points are formulated,and different cost control methods are adopted to effectively control the cost of each stage,so as to achieve the goal of controlling the total project cost within the budget range.In the stage of project investment decision-making,the cost control adopts the method of reasonably determining the scale and standard of project construction and scientifically compiling investment estimation;In the stage of project design,the cost control is carried out by comparison of design schemes,quota design and control of design changes.In the bidding stage,the bill pricing model which is beneficial to cost control is adopted,and the substantive content of construction contract is paid attention to;In the construction stage,the cost is mainly controlled from the aspects of compiling fund use plan,handling changes and claims,introducing tracking audit,etc.In the completion settlement stage,the cost control focuses on the settlement data and quotation audit submitted by the construction unit.Finally,through the evaluation of the cost effect of the production and education integration building project and the comparison with the local similar buildings,the analysis results show that the whole process cost control effect of the production and education integration building project of H vocational college is good.In this paper,the whole process cost control system and method adopted in the production-education integration building project of H Vocational College can provide reference for similar infrastructure projects of H Vocational College and other universities.
