A Comparative Study On The Return Of Delisted Companies To A-share Market

In 2018,two companies applied for returning to China’s stock market at the same time,and only one succeeded in the end.With the development of decades,China’s delisting system has entered a relatively perfect stage.Finally,there are the first practitioners of the relisting provision,which is of positive significance to the development of the delisting provisioa As an important supporting system of delisting system,the development and improvement of relisting system is of great significance to the establishment of a healthy and sustainable capital market in China.Based on delisting system and re listing system,this dissertation takes Nanjing Tanker Corporation and Powerise Information Technology Co.,Ltd.as examples.This dissertation outlines the process from delisting to turning around losses,and then applying for relisting.I focus on the two enterprises’ strategies of turning around losses,and then compare their situations.Through comparison,I found that one is to solve its own problems through asset restructuring,the other is to change the surface situation with the help of other enterprises.Although all of them have successfully turned around their losses,their business performance has been improved to some extent,and they have met the conditions for relisting in terms of quantitative indicators,but the final results are totally different.By summing up,I get the reasons why their results are different.I think the key to a successful return to the public markets is a going concern.It is hoped that other delisted enterprises can learn from it,improve their situation through their own efforts,and finally realize the purpose of relisting.
