The rural power grid is an infrastructure that guarantees rural economic development and regional scientific and technological progress.From the 11th to the 13th Five-Year Plan period,China's investment in the reconstruction and upgrading of rural power grids has continued to increase.Traditionally,project completion and settlement are used as the evaluation of project completion investment benefits.The method is no longer suitable as a reasonable and effective completion of the project construction.Therefore,by establishing a comprehensive post-evaluation mechanism for the reconstruction of rural power grids,it will help to improve and improve the current level of construction of rural power grid projects,enhance the benefits of project investment,Other types of construction projects play a role of standardization and reference.This paper studies the post-evaluation work of the new round of rural power network reconstruction and upgrading projects,and proposes an AHP engineering project post-evaluation index system based on the fuzzy evaluation system.Compared with the traditional project post-evaluation system.This method takes the subjective evaluation factors into consideration,qualitatively and quantitatively analyzes the investment income of a rural power grid upgrading and upgrading project,and conducts a case study with a 10kV rural power grid upgrading and upgrading project in Fuzhou,Jiangxi Province in 2019,and evaluates the results In line with the actual situation.First of all,this article focuses on domestic and foreign related literature on rural power network reconstruction projects.It focuses on the research and analysis of the post-evaluation theoretical system of the project,synthesizes the previous research results and considerations,and finally determines to use AHP-fuzzy synthesis.The evaluation method studies the post-evaluation of rural power grid transformation projects.Next,this paper uses the AHP method to combine the characteristics of the rural power network upgrade and reconstruction project in China to determine the target level of the post-evaluation of the rural power network reconstruction project.The criterion level is the project process evaluation,economic benefit evaluation,social responsibility performance evaluation and sustainable evaluation.And determine 11 specific indicators.It is important to obtain expert opinions through the expert forum model,and finally to obtain three indicators of engineering economic evaluation,sustainability,and rural residents' satisfaction.Based on the weight of each indicator,a post-evaluation system for the reconstruction and upgrading of rural power grids is constructed.Finally,this article uses the company 10kV rural power grid transformation and upgrading project in Fuzhou,Jiangxi as an example to conduct empirical research.Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the comprehensive score of the project is calculated to be 80.3907,and the evaluation level is good.
