X Company Project Cost Control Research Of Architectural Design

Faced with severe internal and external market environment,architectural design enterprise to maintain its leading position in the fierce market competition,needs the enterprise strategic focus to the internal cost management,improve project management level.Therefore,set up scientific project accounting mode,can for the architectural design enterprises continuously improve the level of project management,implementation projects the best economic benefits.At present,and the ABC cost method is to improve the traditional cost method founded on the basis of,on the basis of allocation more reasonable and accurate,and so set ABC cost method of accounting and cost management is to adapt to enterprise production and operation characteristics and scientific design.In the ABC cost method based on relevant theories,this paper combines the theoretical research and case analysis research method in architectural design related problems in project cost control.This paper consists of six parts altogether.The first part is the introduction,the first expounds the writing background,significance of the article,and some research results about the ABC cost method.The second part introduces the concept of project cost and operation cost method related problem.Third part starting from the present situation of the enterprise cost control analysis of the existing problems,combining the characteristics of the enterprise itself shows the feasibility of implementing ABC cost method in the enterprise.The fourth part will work specifically applied to the project cost accounting method.The fifth part expounds the difficulty in the ABC cost method in the construction of enterprise application,and put forward to ensure the ABC cost method smoothly all kinds of measures should be taken.The last section summarizes.This paper hope through the study of X architecture design company project cost control,to achieve more accurate segmentation company cost,as far as possible to reduce resource waste,cost savings,so as to enhance the market competitiveness of X architecture design company.And for the study of ABC cost method in architectural design enterprise provide certain reference value in actual application.
