Since the 21st century,problems such as backward quality data processing methods,poor liquidity,lack of systematic quality management,incomplete quality visualization,and lack of quality control technology have become increasingly apparent With the continuous development of information technology,manufacturing enterprises have ushered in huge opportunities and challenges.In order to survive and develop in such a fiercely competitive environment,the pace of enterprise informationization must be accelerated.Therefore,for the machine production line of the injector workshop of a technology company in Liaoyang City,Liaoning Province,based on the design and development of the information integration system,combined with the data-driven thinking,in order to achieve production management and control,improve efficiency and increase revenue.First,set up a reasonable and effective quality inspection plan according to the actual needs of the workshop,such as first inspection,random inspection,final inspection,SPC inspection,etc.Each inspection method is triggered according to different mechanisms.Explains the product process,quality inspection equipment,and execution subject,and explains the source of the data.Make a general plan for quality data collection,data push,tracking and tracking.Secondly,analyze the overall requirements of the system,determine the functional modules,establish entity relationships for the quality inspection of the workshop,and transform the entity relationships into data models.Establish each data table and field in the data model,set the constraint relationship between the table and table,and make corresponding definitions for the fields.Then,the system explains the first inspection scheme,sampling inspection scheme,tail inspection scheme,SPC inspection scheme and sample selection rules in each scheme,as well as the split and merge strategy of the inspection service,and makes system integration and data flow in each scheme.Explain.On the other hand,according to the quality inspection result-driven work order dispatching process,under the guidance of a series of data-driven strategies,the work order is automatically assigned and completed within the time limit to maximize the use of workshop equipment resources.Finally,the Manufacturing Execution System is designed and developed by establishing key contents such as development environment,development mode,supporting technology,software architecture,integration method,and top-level design.Realize the management of process resources such as materials,BOM,and process routes in the production workshop,implement systematic management of quality inspection,and realize visual quality management.
