| With the continuous improvement of China’s market economy system,engineering construction,as an important infrastructure for national economic development,is playing an important role day by day.Because the construction of construction engineering is a complex technical and economic activity,involving many social subjects and changeable natural factors,it will also be restricted by material and technical conditions,so the overall monitoring of the project by supervision engineers is particularly important.As a product of the new era,BIM has significantly improved the supervision engineer’s management of the whole process of the project construction and avoided many potential risks.The quality and safety of site management are eliminated in the bud.Nevertheless,my eyes The former BIM software has a large amount of data,complex operation steps,which limits the scope of BIM application and application scenarios.In this article,first of all decomposes the supervision work with the WBS,clarifies the information demand of the supervision engineer in the work,then investigates and arranges the supervision engineer’s demand through the questionnaire survey,the interview investigation,classifies the demand according to the construction stage of the project and sorts it with the analytic hierarchy process,thus determines the corresponding information standard and order extracted from the BIM database,and then can process the BIM model lightweight,so that the data in the BIM can be viewed at the Web end,and the supervision engineer can accurately extract the required information from phones,tablets and other mobile terminals,improve work efficiency while avoiding project risk.When I found out when the construction situation of the site is not in accordance with the drawings or models,the construction unit can be ordered to stop work,guide the construction unit to construct correctly,and the management results are automatically reflected in the subsequent project process,which saves a lot of communication,rework time and a lot of manpower.At the same time,the lightweight model will directly and clearly reflect the information related to the construction project in the mobile side,which greatly reduces the requirements of the BIM model for hardware and the professional requirements for the supervision engineer,and provides convenience for the supervision engineer to grasp the overall situation of the construction site at any time.To sum up,this paper investigates and analyzes the information requirements of supervision engineers,according to the nature of the project,uses analytic hierarchy process to sort the supervision requirements,and then deals with the BIM model in light weight according to the requirements of supervision engineers.so that supervision engineers can easily extract information from mobile side,improve the mobility of real-time decision-making on site,and nip the problems of quality and safety in the bud. |
