Project construction management is an important means to ensure the smooth completion of the project,which can prevent and avoid construction accidents effectively.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the construction scale of the project,the construction site environment is more complex,which increases the difficulty of construction management,so as to requires continuous innovation and optimization of engineering management technology.In this paper,the multi rotor UAV is used as the data acquisition platform,combined with tilt photography technology,three-dimensional real-world model and BIM model integration technology,focusing on the construction site layout,construction progress control,construction site safety monitoring and other aspects of research,aiming at providing technical support for improving the level of construction management integration.In this paper,the real scene data of the project is collected by the multi rotor UAV,and the 3D real scene model data is produced.Aiming at the problem of poor visualization effect of construction site,this paper proposes two optimization methods: one is to realize threedimensional linkage between three-dimensional model and positive photographic image through EPS software,and adjust the original construction site layout scheme on this basis;the other is to integrate three-dimensional real scene model and BIM model,and adjust the construction site layout scheme in three-dimensional scene,so as to achieve three Dimension visualization management.In view of the abstract problem of construction progress information,this paper studies a method based on the combination of panorama of construction site and traditional methods,which enhances the objectivity of construction progress information;at the same time,the three-dimensional model of different time periods and the three-dimensional model of the same time period are compared with BIM model to realize the phased control of construction progress and improve the authenticity of progress management.In view of the low efficiency of safety monitoring in the construction site,this paper obtains the monitoring blind spot by analyzing the three-dimensional model,and then improves the field safety monitoring method based on the multi rotor UAV,realizing the comprehensive monitoring in the construction site.Finally,taking a station project as an example,the paper carried out the optimization design of engineering construction management method based on multi rotor UAV technology.The method proposed in this paper is the product of the combination of engineering management and surveying geographic information industry.It can not only improve the management level of engineering construction management and ensure the work efficiency,but also provide a new and practical technical way for the construction management of large-scale engineering projects.
