Study On Landscapce Planning And Design Of Urban Artficial Waterway

Water is the source of all things.It is very important for our survival,development and as well as the establishment of cities.In the city,watercourse carries many functions,such as production,ecology,landscape,leisure,culture,and so on.However,with the utilization of waterfront during the urban construction,the urban water system has been constantly changing in plane shape,hydrological and water quality conditions.Excessive and unreasonable development has gradually exposed many problems,and is gradually affecting the healthy and the development of the city.Therefore,strengthening the planning,construction and management of urban water system is significant to the sustainable development of the city.With the methods of field research,literature research,induction and summary,the artificial watercourse Huihe Street from east Sucheng Road to West Suchang Road that locates in Dongping County was selected as the research object.Based on the relevant theories,the green space landscape planning and design along the watercourse are studied.It would be of great importance to the improvement of urban spatial structure,regional characteristics,recreational and ecological value.(1)From the macro aspects,the spatial structure of water system in Dongping was concluded.In the urban area,the structural layout was "one area,two lines and five points".Among them,"one side" represented the wetland of Daotunwa."two lines" was the two water system which flow from north to south and merge into Dongping Lake from east to west."north line" refers to the natural river channel dominated by Baiji River,"south line" refers to the artificial river channel dominated by the Drainage River in the south of the city.The "five points" are the five large water surfaces in the urban area-Longwangtan,Longquanhu,Hehuazhou,Dongyuanhu and Qingyuehu.The urban water network is relatively complete and the foundation is good.(2)The main problems of the urban water system were analyzed and the corresponding solutions were put forward.Now,the main problems were as follows: the lack of unified planning of water landscape,water source problems,ecological damage caused by hard revetment,defects in supporting facilities of river course,and lagging water cultureconstruction.Therefore,according to the approaches of "macro overall planning-meso landscape construction-micro technical guarantee",the corresponding solutions were put forward,such as improving water system structure,ensuring water source safety,optimizing water bank environment,forming characteristic water culture and developing sustainable water economy.(3)Taking Huihe Street(East Sucheng Road West Suchang road section)as an example,based on the analysis of the current situation,the planning and design goals of "integrating with natural ecology,leisure and entertainment,urban characteristics and cultural education" were put forward.Then,with the conception of "natural ecology,human spirit and healthy life",a more systematic design scheme was given in the paper,which would have some reference value for the similar projects in China.
