Study On River Landscape Planning In Hangzhou

Hangzhou has been famous for its water since ancient times.It is a world-famous water town in the south of the Yangtze River.Urban rivers are an indispensable element in urban development and production.They are of great significance to urban development and ecological environment.With the rapid development of economic construction,the problem of water pollution has become increasingly prominent.It is imperative to solve water pollution and restore a healthy water environment.The Hangzhou River has achieved certain results through the past rounds of rectification,but there are still many problems,including the pollution of river water quality,the rigidity of the shoreline,the isolation of people and water,the lack of surrounding vegetation,and the inability to penetrate between rivers and rivers.The river lacks cultural heritage and cannot reflect local regional characteristics.From 2007,municipal party committee and government of Hangzhou has begun to run a new round of project for improving,protecting and tapping stream channels comprehensively,aiming at turning waters channels into being "clean water,smoothness,green banks,beautiful sceneries,comfortable living and prosperity",so as to make Hangzhou City indeed a pleasant place for waters and dwellers.Through various methods such as literature synthesis,field investigation and case analysis,this paper integrates relevant domestic and international research results and excellent case analysis,based on sufficient theoretical research and current situation research,and proposes urban river landscape from the comprehensive management of Hangzhou river course.The contents of the planning and design mainly include:revetment design,green design,slow system design,facade design along the river,public construction supporting design,night lighting,urban furniture design,historical and cultural mining design.Through the three different river channel landscape planning and design projects of Shangtang River,Hongjian River and Zhendong River in the urban area of Hangzhou,the paper analyzes the key points of landscape design content in different river courses.
