Research On Campus Communication Space Landscape Design

Under the background of the high speed of college campus construction and the requirement for the combination of campus construction and educational concepts,the campus is now built from the people-oriented concept.Solving the problems of less space,less layers,incomplete environmental facilities and lack of culture in university campus is more and more urgent.Higher education is the highest level of school education,and the training target of colleges and universities is the powerful reserve force of China’s cultural science and technology,so the study of the communication space of university campus is of great significance.The scientific planning and design of the university campus as a whole is only a general foundation.The design of the campus communication space is also a top priority.The atmosphere of the communication space of the university campus affects the main body of the campus.In this paper,the construction of campus communication space is clarified through field investigation and the case study of the communication space theory in our country and abroad,combined with the example of the communication space landscape design of the City College of Southwest University of Science and Technology.On one hand,we begin to study the related theories.In chapter 2 we discussed the history of the communication space of colleges and universities at home and abroad.Chapter 3 studies the meaning of communication,communication space,and university communication space,and the significance of communication with the university campus.Constructed the level of university campus communication space,listed the types,and discussed the design method of campus communication space according to the classification of static,dynamic and compound communication space.It quotes and summarizes the theories of environmental psychology and behavior,"communicative space","external communicative space",and "unspecific space" related to this article,and extracts the design methods of campus communicative space and external communicative space from it.Chapter 4 summarizes the principles and methods for the design of the communication space of the City College as a way to solve the problem.On the other hand,using theoretical guidance,Chapter 5 completed the design of the communication space landscape design of the City College of Southwest University of Science and Technology.The plan is described in terms of static,dynamic,and composite communication space.It is expected that the design plan can solve the problems of the school’s communication space and create a sustainable,diverse and organic university communication space.The design plan is a practical response to the previous theory and method research.
