Study On The Optimization Of Disaster Prevention Space Design In Rural Communities In Sichuan Under The Background Of Aging

Rural development is an important part of China's socialist development process.Due to historical reasons,the foundation of disaster prevention construction in rural areas is weaker than that in urban areas,resulting in greater vulnerability of rural areas in the face of disasters.In the context of aging society,the phenomenon of aging and hollowing out of rural communities is serious.It is an important content of modern rural development to gradually strengthen and optimize the disaster prevention capacity of rural communities.Through selecting the social background of "aging" as the perspective,and taking Sichuan rural community as the research object,the design and optimization of rural community disaster prevention space is carried out to provide new ideas for the development and construction of Sichuan rural community,enhance the disaster prevention capacity of rural community,and provide safety guarantee for the disaster prevention and mitigation of the elderly in rural areas.Based on the research of urban and rural planning,comprehensive planning,disaster,disaster prevention and other multi-disciplinary theoretical results,and from the characteristics and needs of the elderly,the optimization framework of disaster prevention space in Sichuan rural communities under the background of aging is constructed.First of all,carry out the research on the definition of relevant concepts and the theory and experience of community disaster prevention and mitigation at home and abroad,make clear the shortcomings of rural disaster prevention in China at this stage,and make clear that the paper will study from the medium and micro level by systematically combing the rural disaster prevention space;secondly,carry out field research on Sichuan rural communities and interview and questionnaire survey on the elderly,using SPSS 22.0 analyze the questionnaire data,combine the qualitative and quantitative analysis to determine the composition of disaster prevention factors in rural communities in Sichuan,integrate the characteristics and needs of "aging",build a hierarchical structure model of factors influencing the disaster prevention space in rural communities in Sichuan under the background of aging,and use the hierarchical analysis method to score and weight the factors influencing the disaster prevention material space in rural communities in Sichuan Finally,the key points of disaster prevention space in Sichuan rural community under the background of aging are obtained through the combination of weights: disaster prevention education space under the guidance of active aging,emergency lighting layout under the guidance of people-oriented,barrier free facilities under the guidance of aging adaptability and emergency identification system under the guidance of sensory effect;finally,the key points of disaster prevention space in Sichuan rural community are obtained through the combination of weights At the same time,we use case study method to optimize the disaster prevention space of sample community.
