Abstract/Summary:
The safe operation of mechanical equipment is very important to industrial production,and a problem may bring great passive and loss to the production.Rolling bearing is a kind of important part of rotating machinery,which is directly related to the normal work of the equipment performance and personal safety.Therefore,the status of rolling bearing is a very important parameter for industrial production efficiency and safety level.A portable detector is developed in this work to detect the running status of the rolling bearing and diagnose the possibility of fault.The detection system in this paper includes the design of the piezoelectric sensor,the hardware circuit and the realization of the system software.The piezoelectric sensor is selected to collect the signal and the shear piezoelectric sensor is designed with a PZT ceramic as the sensitive element.The hardware circuit includes the measurement signal conditioning module,Microcontroller Unit(MCU)module,key input module,output display module and power adjustment circuit.The signal conditioning circuit amplifies and filters the vibration signal collected by the sensor,and then transmits it to the MCU.The system is controlled by MCU STM32F722.The STM32 master is used to calculate data and send commands.By processing the collected vibration signal,the calculation of vibration acceleration,velocity,displacement and FFT spectrum analysis are realized.The function of vibration signal measurement,spectrum analysis and function setting can be realized through a keyboard.Through designing the LCD interface,the navigation menu is created,and the key movement is detected by STM32 to generate different instructions,so as to achieve the functions of measuring data storage and deletion,language switching,Power on and off,and Automatic shutdown time setting.The vibration bearing detection system can be carried out in an orderly manner,and the data measurement and function setting can be realized through the menu options and key coordination.Compared with large industrial detection instruments,the vibration detectionsystem designed in this paper integrates the functions into a hand-held instrument,which is easy to carry.Compared with ordinary small vibration detectors on the market,the innovation of this paper lies in the transfer of spectrum analysis algorithm to the embedded system,which adds the frequency domain analysis function on the basis of the time domain analysis and can accurately judge the components of the vibration signal,making it easier to diagnose the fault signal.
