This paper introduces a design of a software used to manage and analyze spectrum data collected by two spectroradiometers SR-5000 and AvaSpec-2048, which have different detecting wavelength range. The software in a functional design is divided into three parts:data pre-processing, data analysis and data retrieval. In the data pre-processing part, hypothesis tests are introduced to judge the reliability of initial spectrum data collected by the spectroradiometers. And the software realizes detecting and deleting abnormal raw data according to the statistics characteristics of normal distribution. In the data analysis part, the software can compute characteristic parameters form spectrum curve which is based on the spectrum data of single or more radiant targets and verify the reliability of the parameters by calculating the confidence interval. The parameters computed by the software can be used as reference data for target identification or development of detectors.
