In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the national development strategy of building "digital China" was formally put forward.Power grid enterprises,as pillar industries related to the national economy and people’s livelihood and national security,have taken the initiative to transform themselves to take the free ride of the digital economy and use digital technology to build digital power grids and new power systems.Under such a macro background,digital transformation has become one of the important strategies of the current power grid enterprises,and digital talent has become a decisive factor of the digital transformation of power grid enterprises.How to cultivate a digital talents who understand technology has become an urgent problem for grassroots power grid enterprises.In this paper,digital China,energy revolution,the wave of the digital economy as the background,combined with the competency model,human nature hypothesis and talent incentive theory,based on the Q communication power supply bureau,information,network security,automation professionals such as digital and digital application talents has carried on the questionnaire survey,the human resources department and focuses on ICT professional interviews,Analyze the Q digital culture the present situation of the power supply bureau,summed up the Q power supply bureau in the digital five deficiencies and problems on the cultivation of talents,respectively is: thought enough emphasis,digital professional talent shortage,high quality and high skill level talent gap is big,digital single rough recruitment channel,targeted for digital talent training.And from the historical development of Q power supply bureau,system construction and other convenient in-depth analysis of the reasons,from the transformation of talent training ideas,expand recruitment channels,increase training investment,smooth development channels,the establishment of digital reserve talent pool five aspects of the proposed suggestions.It provides new ideas for digital talent training of Q Power Supply Bureau,helps Q Power Supply Bureau successfully complete digital transformation,and also provides reference significance for other grassroots power supply enterprises.
