Z Company is a comprehensive science and technology enterprise directly under the Ministry of Water Resources.Its predecessor was the Water Resources and Hydropower Survey and Design Institute of the Ministry of Water Resources,which was established in 1954.In 1979,it settled in Tianjin in order to realize the South-to-North Water Diversion as soon as possible and further develop and utilize water resources in North China.In 2003,the whole unit was restructured and developed into a national top 100 design unit,a national water conservancy outstanding enterprise,the highest level of credit evaluation AAA+units of the national water conservancy and hydropower survey and design industry,and a national high-tech enterprise.After the business unit changed its business,Z Company recruited a lot of young technicians and hoped to bring new vitality to the company.The construction of professional and technical personnel has a profound impact on various enterprises,especially technical research units.Due to the influence of traditional careers and the corresponding treatments,the career development channels of enterprise employees tend to focus only on the single development track of management.However,for professional and technical personnel,there is only a development channel for professional title evaluation,and this traditional title evaluation incentive is weak and easy to flow into form.Many senior professionals reached the ceiling after reaching a certain level,without a higher passage.This has led some professional and technical personnel to obtain the senior professional title,or have not had the motivation to move forward,or give up the professionalism that they are good at,and turn to the management position,resulting in the loss and misplacement of professional and technical personnel.Based on the existing talent training situation of Z Company,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the professional development channels of professional and technical personnel,and redesigns the positions of professional and technical personnel.On this basis,the operational strategy of professional post-development channels is proposed to improve the professional development channels of professional and technical personnel in different positions and levels,fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of professional and technical personnel,and to achieve a wide range of strategic development goals.Intellectual support and strong talent security.The main research contents of the thesis include:The theory of "double sequence"mode at home and abroad is summarized,the related concepts and implementation significance are clarified,and the implementation effect is analyzed.The analysis of the development sequence of Z company professional technicians The status quo,analysis of existing problems;combing and designing the post sequence of Z company’s professional and technical personnel,including job responsibilities and post grade design,post operation management recommendations,establishing a complete career development channel;Z company post sequence The implementation of the development channel proposes corresponding strategies,including increasing the degree of management and support of the management,providing corresponding organizational support,establishing a training system,improving the evaluation system.setting up an information platform,and promoting supporting policies.
