Study On Construction Quality Management Of East Mangniu River Management Project In Shunyi District

With the development of economic and the acceleration of urbanization process,water conservancy projects are increasingly affecting people's production and life.Since the 1980s,China has introduced a series of reform measures about large and medium-sized water conservancy project quality management,which achieved some success.However,because of the imperfect system and unregulated management,water conservancy construction also exposed more and more problems:such as increasing floods,the general deterioration of water quality,the loss of water biological diversity,the hardening of riparian river,the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources and so on.The construction of water conservancy project in China is still very weak.Water conservancy project has great scale and long construction period.It is of great and far-reaching significance to the country and the people.At present,the water conservancy project model is relatively simple and it is lack of comprehensive planning.Just for flood control and disaster reduction,it has been unable to meet the public need for water conservancy projects.Therefore,it is necessary for the water conservancy project to change from a simple project management to quality management.By reviewing the literature,the writer found that there were many papers on the theory of quality management of water conservancy construction,but there were relatively few empirical studies on the quality control of water conservancy projects.Many water conservancy projects can not effectively use the means of quality control methods,but also in the traditional stage of water conservancy management,management methods and management mode is difficult to adapt to the needs of modern water development.In this paper,through the study of project quality control theory,taking the East Mangniu River Project in Shunyi District as an example,using quality control tools and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,The qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are combined to study the quality control factors of east bull river in Shunyi district.This paper puts forward the design and improvement measures of the project,and also provides reference for the small and medium water conservancy projects.
