Wind power is a renewable energy generation technology with mature technology and large-scale development conditions.The development and construction of Jiangzhou wind farm,as an effective supplement to energy supply in Jiangxi Province,is conducive to energy supply and economic development in Jiangxi Province,and as green electricity,is very conducive to alleviating the environmental protection pressure of Jiangxi electric power industry and promoting the sustained and rapid development of regional economy.The foundation of wind turbine is a pile foundation.Considering the unfavorable geological conditions such as sandy layer or silt interbedded layer in the embankment foundation along the river,and considering the protection scope of Jiangxinzhou embankment and the importance of the protection object,the treatment of pile foundation is particularly important.After the implementation of the pile foundation,it is necessary to further analyze and demonstrate the stability of the seepage of the embankment and the embankment,the safety of the girder behind the embankment,and the remedial measures required to ensure the safety of the embankment after the project is implemented ? Pile foundation penetrates into the existing overburden or impervious layer behind the embankment,destroys the integrity of the overburden layer,and easily forms seepage passage along the pipe wall.When the water level outside the embankment rises,the seepage gradient of the escape point behind the embankment is larger than the permissible value of the soil slope behind the embankment,which results in the outflow of fine particles from the soil skeleton under the seepage force,and then the drainage along the weak contact zone between the soil and the pipe wall,which easily results in the loss of the pipe wall.It is necessary to take effective anti-seepage measures in time to avoid further deterioration of the dangerous situation.Especially in the case of adverse geology such as sand layer in the embankment foundation along the river,under the action of high confined water,the deterioration of the dangerous situation is prone to water gushing with sand,which will damage the soilskeleton of the embankment foundation,and may lead to the collapse of the embankment or even the break of the embankment and other major accidents.According to the relevant regulations of the State Planning Commission and the Ministry of Water Resources on the management of construction projects within the scope of river management(No.7 of Water Administration [1992])and the provisions of the Jiangxi Provincial Water Resources Department on the "examination of construction projects within the scope of river management within the scope of authority",it is really necessary to build bridges,wharfs,roads,ferry,pipelines,cables and other public buildings within the scope of river management.Flood control impact assessment reports and remedial measures to be taken are required for facilities and other facilities.Through the special seepage control design of the pile foundation near the embankment of the proposed project,effective seepage control measures are adopted to meet the requirements of seepage stability of the embankment body and foundation and ensure the safety of the embankment.The content of this paper is mainly for the special design and postimplementation evaluation of the anti-seepage of the wind turbine and the booster station pile foundation after the Jiangzhou embankment.
