At this stage,under the background of the completion of China’s expressway network,road maintenance and maintenance has become a key task in recent years.Many of the expressways built in China in the early 21st century have reached the end of their useful life,and the performance of pavements has declined.Under the pattern of actively building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society in China,the recycling of waste asphalt pavement has become an effective measure to respond to resource conservation.With the application of regeneration technology in engineering,part of the waste asphalt mixture has been reused.However,the problem that the current waste asphalt mixture is low in the plant heat regeneration has caused the waste asphalt mixture to remain.Therefore,improving the dosage of waste asphalt mixture in the plant heat regeneration application has become an urgent task,and the development of high-performance regenerant will better meet the solution of this task.In this paper,aiming at the development of a cost-effective regenerant,according to the current understanding of asphalt aging and regeneration mechanism,the oil component rich in aromatics is used as the base component of the regenerant,and the viscosity and solubility of the regenerant are added.Other materials that are helpful,take the preferred components of the orthogonal test design as samples for anti-aging research,and finally determine the composition and proportion of the regenerant:100 parts of furfural extract oil+20 parts of epoxidized soybean oil+2 parts of turpentine+5 The C9 petroleum resin was used for the performance study of the regenerant developed.The permeability test showed that the regenerant had a certain penetration effect on the aged asphalt.The infrared spectroscopy test verified that the regenerant can regenerate the aged asphalt.After determining the formulation of the regenerant,the performance of the reclaimed mixture was studied based on the second project of Tanxi Expressway overhaul.On the basis of the self-made regenerant,two kinds of regenerants were purchased as a comparative study.The stripping test of the asphalt in the old material was first carried out by the rotary evaporator method as a determination test of the amount of regenerant,and the regenerant was added differently.The amount of regenerant was determined based on the change of the three indexes of recycled asphalt:8%for homemade regenerant;9%for TZ regenerant;and 7%for YZ-A regenerant.After determining the ratio of the old materials to 30%,40%and 50%in the recycled mixture,the ratio of the mixture of the three old materials was determined to be 4.2%,4.3%and 4.4%,respectively.Then,the performance study and economic research on the mixture were carried out.It was found that the regenerative effect of the three regenerants was equivalent to the YZ-A regenerant and the self-regenerating agent,and the TZ type was poor.The self-made regenerant was the most economical.A regenerative agent with high cost performance.
