| In the process of asphalt pavement rehabilitat,will produce a large amount of waste SBS modified asphalt mixture,the technology of SBS modified asphalt mixture is a kind of economy, environmental protection and sustainable development of the road repair technology. Independent development asphalt test device under coupling condition of light,heat,water,system, in-depth theoretical and experimental research on coupling principle and mechanism of SBS modified asphalt based on the national natural science fund project in this paper. And on this basis, deliver environmentally and high-performance SBS asphalt regenerant, put forward suggestive value for technical indicators of SBS modified asphalt regenerant and regeneration theory of aging asphalt.According the aging equivalent principle of asphalt, independent development asphalt test device under coupling condition of light,heat,water through survey the distribution of climate about solar radiation, high temperature, relative humidity.On the basis of overhaul period of about 10 years for asphalt pavement, indoor coupling aging condition of test device for indoor simulation is determined by orthogonal test,that solar radiation is 500 w, temperature is 70 ℃, relative humidity is 50%.Explore change law of macroscopic properties and icrostructure for matrix asphalt and SBS modified asphalt under coupling condition of light,heat,water by DSRã€FTIRã€GPCã€1H-NMR. The nonlinear differential equation of predicting the coupling aging rate for physica properties,rheological properties and aging kinetics equation of microstructure for aromaticity is established.Analyze correlation index between microstructure and macro in the process of SBS modified asphalt aging by gray system theory,show that how that the microstructure change of bitumen and SBS modification agent under the condition of coupling aging, lead to the macro performance degradation eventually, reveal coupling aging mechanism of SBS modified asphalt,solar radiation is the main factor of volatilization or aromatization reaction of light component in asphalt phase and oxidative degradation of SBS polymer, high temperature and damp environment will aggravate asphalt aging coupling cycle.On this basis of coupling aging mechanism of the SBS modified asphalt is summarized and analyzed, the performance requirements of asphalt regenerant is determined, put forward raw materials composition of the SBS modified asphalt regenerant and preparation process from the principle of function,security, economic,environmental protection. Optimizing the light component materials and determining the ratio of regenerant by orthogonal test, swelling of modified liquid is divided into the optimal group,the tatio of base oil, plasticizer, viscosity resin, modifier is1.00,0.30,0.03,0.05, antioxidants is 0.5 percent of the Swelling of modified liquid, content of Uv absorber is 0.5 percent,that of asphalt antistripping agent is 0.3 percent;Through comparison analysis and environmental assessment for ZZ, RA-2,DN100 and DN101 regenerant from chemical composition, safety, viscosity, surface tension, ageing resistance, suggestive value for technical indicators of SBS modified asphalt is put forward from environmental protection and performance for the first time in combination with asphalt regenerant technical indicators at home and abroad.Through contrastive analysis conventional physica properties, SHRP performance, composition change, thermal stability and aging performance for four kinds of SBS modified recycled asphalt,show that aged SBS recycling asphalt recycling using ZZ regenerant has certain applicability, performance index can be restored to the same level of asphalt by regenerant dosage of 6%.Microstructure analysis of regenerant and recycle asphalt based on the infrared spectrum,show that regenerative is similar to the surfactant,which containing polar and nonpolar groups, “interfacial film†is formed between asphalt and soft asphalt. According to the principle of†similarity and intermiscibilityâ€, puts forward “interfacial activity theoryâ€for the regeneration mechanism of aging asphalt for the first time from the perspective of “molecular kineticsâ€for the first time.Research results is significant in illuminating aging mechanism of SBS modified asphalt under coupling condition of light, heat, water, delivering environmentally and high-performance SBS asphalt regenerant, revealing the regeneration theory of aging asphalt,could provide theoretical foundation and technical guidance for the development and application of regenerine Technology of SBS modified asphalt. |
