| Temperature is one of nature and meankind deal with the most physical parameters,both in the production of experimental sites,or in a residential leisure facilities,acquisition or control of temperature are very frequent and important.Moreover,the network remote collect temperature and the police is an inevitable trend of modem science and technology development.Since the temperature whether it is from a physical quantity itself or in real people’s lives are closely related,so the temperature control system will be consequential.With the social development needs,the temperature control system has been widely accepted.Temperature control at this stage there are a lot of places use such as:water heaters,boilers and the like.Necessary for people’s lives are needed to solve the temperature control equipment.Temperature control system design it is simple,more convenient to use,which we can use MCU control,programmable control to achieve.Conventional temperature control system based mainly in electrical control,interference factors and constraints in terms of temperature measurement and temperature control many poor control.In today’s hotel upgrade process,the urgent need to design a collection of high precision temperature signal,the control parameter calculation accurate and easy to operate,control results to meet energy-saving program.Based on the analysis Siemens series PLC controller controls the temperature control system,temperature eontrol system,temperature signal acquisition,signal data eonversion,PLC implementation choices fuzzy PID control and input/output analog,analyze the output drive circuit control way,the control effect of simulation testing carried out design and analysis,design work mainly in the following three aspects:1.Temperature control system control strategy comparative analysis and Simulink simulation to determine the control scheme using fuzzy control and PID control and combining this paper a fuzzy PID controller for constant room temperature programs;2.The proposed hardware design and implementation of a programmable controller based on the temperature control system solutions,mainly comprising data signal acquisition,data conversion and output hardware signal drive circuit design and implementation of each subsystem;3.Wincc flexible configuration to achieve the whole temperature control process control and monitoring,and design software programming and simulation,completed the system interface design.In order to verify the designed temperature control system solutions,this paper analyzes the software simulation,simulation results show that the S7-200 PLC control temperature control system design can meet the hotel’s heating tank temperature control so as to realize the room temperature control,reaching the desired effect. |
