In recent years, variable frequency speed control technology is widely used in power drive. From the point of view of saving energy, frequency conversion speed regulation has great economic benefits. At present, our country has carried out the frequency conversion of the pump load capacity accounted for more than5%. Save a lot of power. The investment required in a relatively short time energy recovery. Especially for constant pressure water supply system is very successful, the effect is excellent.Now it have become the preferred city, rural water supply. Due to the speed and pressure relationship is nonlinear and uncertain, this system based on fuzzy control theory on the basis of the fuzzy controller for the pressure control of thewater supply system.This paper is basiced on the principle of PLC inverter, the theory and application of fuzzy control theory,finished the design of a residential district water supply system, and can realize the water pressure at different time is kept constant, The structure diagram and schematic diagram of the fuzzy frequency control has been dersigned. Determine the variable frequency constant pressure water supply system composition and constant pressure water supply system with fuzzy control strategy. Through the PLC programming to automatically adjust the pump group run number, completes the water supply pressure closed loop control. At the same time in the construction, installation and other aspects of the opinion, in the last of this paper, through calculating and recording data, from investment analysis of energy-saving effect, from the protection of equipment, prolong the time done.
