Based on the research of the general contracting model and the project management theory,this paper studies the expressway construction status of Yunnan Construction and Investment Holding Group Co.,Ltd.(short for: YCIH).In the past seven years,YCIH have built 19 expressways with mode of general contracting.By adjusted the management philosophy and methods,this company have gradually formed a general contracting project management system with enterprise characteristics: Implemented four levels of management with the business department as the main body of management;Starting the general contracting management with project planning,adhering to the "general planning,general coordination,general control,general command,general service" concept;Formed a centralized procurement system of bulk materials,Established a group-wide professional subcontracting,labor subcontracting centralized evaluation system,etc.Some inevitable problems appeared during the project management,such as: the material supply chain is incomplete,the price of raw materials fluctuates greatly;The R&D and design capabilities are poor;The information system and the risk control system need to be improved,etc.In order to improve the general contracting management,this paper suggests that YCIH should establish the group-wide expressway general contract management norms,and improve the procurement and construction management capabilities,and develop the R&D and design capabilities,and build a risk control system that adapted to the development of general contracting management. |
