Research On Cost Control Of Highway Construction Project Based On BIM And Earning Value Method

In recent years,the strategic significance of China’s basic transportation construction in terms of harmonious society and driving regional economic development has increased,and the country has changed from an "extensive"economic growth model to an "intensive one",but there are still some problems in the development of transportation construction.For example,project information management lags behind,traditional design methods are unreasonable,cost management efficiency is low,and design changes are difficult.Because highway construction projects have the characteristics of long duration,large amount of work and complex construction technology,how can construction enterprises use advanced management technology to improve production methods,integrate resources,and actively use information management platforms to achieve dynamic and effective project cost management。It has realistic significance for the long-term survival and development of construction enterprises.This paper summarizes the theoretical exploration and innovation of BIM technology and earned value management method,and discusses the challenges,ideas and feasibility of BIM technology combined with traditional earned value management method in the cost management of highway construction projects.BIM technology is used to change the workload acquisition method of traditional earned value management method,so as to improve the accuracy of cost data acquisition.First of all,it studies the relevant theories of BIM technology,highway construction cost management,and earned value method,and the current research status at home and abroad.It outlines the connotation and value advantages of BIM technology,construction cost composition factors,dynamic control basic principles,and main control methods.As well as the basic principles and main analysis indicators of the earned value method.Secondly,the article constructs the cost dynamic control model of highway construction project of BIM technology joint earned value method,and expounds the improvement scheme of BIM technology highway cost dynamic control system based on the construction principle of model and the construction process of 5 DBIM highway model.Finally,through the case analysis of the LJY highway FM Bridge project,a cost dynamic control model based on the BIM and earned value method was established to analyze the difference between the cost performance of the BIM joint earned value method and the cost performance of the original design plan.The earned value performance level of the project,and correct the cost deviation of the project.The introduction of this case proves the feasibility and practicability of BIM technology joint earned value management method in highway construction cost management.The research results of this paper are helpful to improve the cost dynamic management level of Shigongshigong enterprises,and also provide some reference for the follow-up research work.
