| As an important work platform for the superstructure of the suspension bridge,the importance of catwalk is gradually improving with the increasing span of suspension bridges.In order to ensure the safety of the construction of the superstructure,it is necessary to analyze the reasonable load condition and line type of the catwalk.This paper takes Chongqing Changshou the second Yangtze River Bridge under construction as engineering background,calculate its load condition and line type,starting from reality,carry out a research on catwalk type selection and influence of catwalk on the construction of superstructure,research content includes:1.Briefly introduce the history of suspension bridges and catwalk,summarized several common static analysis theories and calculation methods for suspension bridges and catwalk;Introduced the structural parameters of the catwalk,such as rise-span ratio and Vertical distance range from the center of the main cable,calculate the reasonable line type and unstressed lengths of the Changshou the second Yangtze River Bridge catwalk.And give the feasibility analysis of its force characteristics.2.According to design and construction materials,using the Finite element computing software Midas Civil to establish space model of the catwalk to simulate and analyze the construction conditions.Considering the calculation method of catwalk load values and the measurement error of material parameters,set different catwalk load values and material parameters in the model for comparison,Calculate the force characteristics and line shape of the catwalk in various situations,carry out safety analysis on bridge structures and materials.3.Summarize the construction requirements and force characteristics of continuous catwalk and separation catwalk.Carry out a large number of engineering trials in the specific engineering context,taking the safety of the tower and the stocks as the reference standard,give the feasibility analysis of separation type construction under different span.Establishing the main bridge model of Chongqing Changshou the second Yangtze River Bridge,calculate the construction of the superstructure whether to consider the load of the catwalk on the main cable,analyze the impact of catwalk load on full bridge construction,provide guidance on safety control during the bridge construction. |
