The buffer is the last safety protection device for the elevator.When the elevator falls into an accidental condition and other safety devices do not work,the buffer will play the final cushioning effect to ensure the safety of the elevators and the passengers.Hydraulic buffer is widely used at home and abroad because of its large capacity,fast reaction speed,stable performance and long service life.With the development of the high speed elevator,the demands of its security and reliability need to be improved.Therefore,the technical indicators such as the buffering process,damping characteristics,peak deceleration,buffer time and average deceleration of the oil pressure buffer need to be further studied.It has important practical significance and engineering value to protect the safety of elevator equipment and passengers.Thesis conducted a detailed study of the buffering process and the dynamic performance of the hydraulic buffer through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The main contents include: the structure characteristics and working principle of different hydraulic buffers are analyzed,focusing on the analysis of the structural characteristics of the five different mandrels and the influence of the shape of the mandrel on the cushioning effect.And then the structural scheme of the mandrel of the hydraulic buffer was finally determined.According to the dynamics theory,the dynamic equation of the elevator and the plunger were established.According to the knowledge of fluid mechanics,The flow continuity equation which has described the process of oil change is established.According to the theory of gas dynamics,the gas dynamics equations of the inner and outer cavities of the piston rod were established.Finally,the mathematical model of the mandrel hydraulic buffer was established.Taking YH103—YH106 hydraulic buffer as an example,the analysis platform of damping characteristics of hydraulic buffer is constructed based on the software of Matlab.By simulating the working process of hydraulic buffer,the performance parameters such as peak deceleration,buffer time and average deceleration can be obtained,and motion characteristic curves such as displacement,speed and deceleration curve of the elevator can be obtained.The simulation results are compared with the experimental results to verify the accuracy of the simulation model.We aim at reducing the peak and average deceleration of deceleration,and take the structure of mandrel as the parameter to analyze the influence of parameter changes on deceleration and determined the range of mandrel structure parameters.This thesis is a project that cooperates with enterprises.According to the design requirements and relevant parameters provided by the enterprise,the above method is applied to establish the mathematical model of the buffer process of the hydraulic buffer and perform simulation analysis,and then the hydraulic buffer simulation system is built.The accuracy of the simulation model is verified by comparing with the experimental results.This shows that the research results are feasible.Moreover,it has very important practical value and significance in product performance analysis,product optimization design and saving development time and cost.
