Research On Packaging Design Method Of Composite Material Buffer Structure

With the development of social economy,packaging has become an integral part of modern life.Packaging materials,structure and decoration design constitute the packaging design system.In this paper,a set of scientific,reasonable,simple and practical packaging design method is established.The main functions include: packaging structure,packaging materials and packaging decoration design.The main research contents are as follows(1)This paper analyzes the packaging design cases of composite materials,elaborates the concepts of composite materials and cushion structure,analyzes the traditional cushioning packaging theory,and establishes the theoretical foundation for the packaging design method of "composite materials + cushion structure" based on the traditional six step cushioning packaging method.(2)This paper discusses the design of universal cushion,uses the finite element software to simulate the structure,and takes the decoration design of composite material packaging as the starting point,analyzes the pattern,text,color and human-computer aesthetics involved in the decoration design of packaging.(3)Combing the design principles,elements and standards of composite material buffer structure,refining and ranking the packaging design index factors through expert investigation and analytic hierarchy process,and then analyzing the packaging manufacturing process,finally building the packaging design method of "composite material + buffer structure" based on the above content.(4)With VB6.0 language as the carrier,the packaging aided design system of "composite material + buffer structure" was developed.Taking the packaging of Yu Garden pear candy brand as an example,we use the system to complete the design of its packaging structure,materials,decoration and so on.The research results provide the theoretical basis and design method for the packaging design of "composite material + buffer structure".The packaging design is based on the scientific analysis rather than the designer’s subjective ideas,and lays the foundation for its popularization and application,which has theoretical and practical significance.
