In many processes such as seawater desalination,sewage treatment and ammonia decarbonization,there are a large number of high-pressure liquids,and the use of energy-saving technology to efficiently recover this part of the liquid pressure can effectively reduce the pressure of energy shortage.Turbine supercharging technology is a new type of liquid residual pressure energy efficient recovery technology with great development potential.The design of high efficiency hydraulic model of hydraulic turbine suitable for specific process is a key issue to be solved urgently.Firstly,based on the three-stage desalination treatment process parameters,the preliminary hydraulic calculation of the turbine side is carried out by using the reverse pump type hydraulic turbine and related fluid mechanical design theory.The turbine impeller is modeled and optimized by ANSYS-BladeGen software.The full flow field numerical simulation and external characteristic curve of the turbine side model are completed by ANSYS-CFX,and the turbine side hydraulic model meeting the process requirements is obtained.Secondly,the flow field analysis is carried out by selecting key parameters such as turbine impeller angle,number of blades and exit angle.The influence of various parameters on turbine characteristics is analyzed,and the optimal turbine side model under design conditions is obtained.Then,based on the design theory of high-speed centrifugal pump,the coaxial pump-side hydraulic model is designed,and the hydraulic turbine overall model is established in combination with the turbine side.Finally,the hydraulic turbine test bench is designed and tested.The hydraulic characteristics of the hydraulic turbine prototype are tested.The test results show that the hydraulic turbine performance meets the design requirements of the working conditions,and the correctness of the numerical simulation results is verified.In this paper,based on the analysis of hydraulic characteristics,a high-lift small-flow high-efficiency hydraulic turbocharger model that meets the requirements of the three-stage desalination process is designed by combining theoretical calculation,numerical simulation and experimental testing.The design method of high-lift small-flow hydraulic turbine is summarized,which can provide reference for the design and application of liquid residual pressure energy recovery hydraulic turbine.
