| With the fast development of modern automobile industry,the requirement for both the quality and accuracy of the body structure has become increasingly higher.And the updating cycle is getting shorter and shorter.The traditional one-to-one detection function can not effectively meet the requirements of the main engine plants.The concept,structure and detection function of the conventional inspection tools need to be adjusted,optimized and changed accordingly In order to manufacture the different automobiles with low cost and short development cycles,It’s critical to check the body accuracy of different automobiles with a single checking fixture.The application of flexible checking fixtures has became a kind of urgent demand in the company.In this paper,take the self-designed checking fixtures used in a vehicle of an automobile company as an example,and analyze the working principle of the flexible checking fixture of the single stamping part of the automobile in detail.The structure design and 3D models have been finished in the shared roof covers fixtures of multi-vehicle.At the same time,the basic structure,function,measuring principle of checking fixtures of stamping parts is checked and optimized.With the application of these self-designed checking fixtures,it can settle the problems of diversity and inventory of traditional checking fixtures.The application of flexible checking fixtures also helps the company to save the production cost,and to obtain the engineering value and economic benefit.And it is also significant for settling the problem of diversification,stocks optimization,raising the flexibility of the main engine plants.Checking fixtures,improving the research and development capabilities of engineering and technical staffs.It can also be guidance for the successor vehicle flexible checking fixtures of roof covers. |
