With the quality requirements of automobile body are improved constantly, the checking fixtures of automobile body′s panels are used more and more widely, it is highly in attention by all the automobile manufacturers how to conduct a quality evaluation of the checking fixture. But at present, there are a number of problems in the acceptance of the checking fixture. such as evaluation methods′s non standard, evaluation indicators′s more-non reunification, the lack of quantifiable indicators, acceptance process′s non clearance, various documents and statement formats′s non reunification, the more confusing management, and so on. To solve the above problems, paper does the study in the two aspects of the manufacturing-quality′s evaluation and measurement system′s analysis during of the checking fixture. As a result, a information management system is established about quality acceptance. So are specific works:Firstly, the R&R analysis of the checking fixture′s measurement system is noted. On the basis of the analysis to the elements and basic requirements of the checking fixture′s measurement system elements, the impact of the repeatability and reproducibility to the measurement process′s capability and the controlling charts is analyzed, and the reasons are summed up for the poor in these two areas. In order to analyze the size of random error, the model of the source of variance is established in the checking fixture′s measurement system. The methods of poor law and variance analysis are used in the model. The example of the application of measuring system analysis is proved.Secondly, the comprehensive manufacturing quality of the checking fixture is evaluated by the AHP and TOPSIS combined method. The indicators of the checking fixture are classified in the process of acceptance, and a hierarchical system is established for checking fixture evaluation indexes. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to calculate the weights of the evaluation indexes, and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) is adopted to realize multiple objectives quality evaluation. The method make it possible to judge the checking fixture′s quality error, and provides a basis for decision-making.Finally, the quality acceptance criteria and information management system for the checking fixture are established. According to the checking fixture′s flow chart of designing, manufacturing and acceptance, the work about the checking fixture is cited The various documents and data sheets are described in the process of the checking fixture′s acceptance, and the format and the items were cited. The significance and evaluation criteria of the indicators in process of acceptance are described detailed. The information management platform of the quality acceptance is established with VB database and SQL2000 software.In short, the papers established the model about the variance component of the variation′sources in the measurement system′s R&R analysis based on two methods .and the evaluation model about comprehensive manufacturing quality based on AHP-TOPSIS method. It can be achieved the purpose of the acceptable judgment and comprehensive quality evaluation. At the same time, the management system of quality acceptance information is established. Ultimately it can be realized with the regularization of analysis, quantitative evaluation and systematic management.
